We deliver worldwide and have warehouses located in the UK, EU and America.
When you place an order in our store, we will always send from the closest warehouse to you.
All American and Canadian orders are sent from our warehouse in New Hampshire, while orders going to the rest of the world are usually sent from our warehouse within the EU.
Once an order has been verified as being paid (Usually immediately after an order is placed when paying via Credit Card or PayPal) the order gets sent to our relevant warehouse for processing, and our aim is to get all orders sent out within 24 hours of being accepted.
The time it takes to get to you, will depend on the type of shipping method you have chosen on checkout, as well as depending on the mail and courier companies not having and trouble - this is an area we unfortunately have no control over, and sometimes delays happen due to strikes, weather, driver illnesses etc.
You can always track your delivery (only available if you have chosen a Tracked sending option) via your account area.
Customs and Import Charges
When goods are sent from outside of your own country, you may be liable for additional custom charges.
The cost of these charges varies between each country and what you have ordered, but typically tend to be around 20% of the total cost of the goods that have been purchased. Please note that we can not be held liable for any additional cost that this may bring, and we would advise you to get in touch with your local customs office to identify what charges might apply when having items imported.
